Excitation function of 3He induced nuclear reactions on natPt up to 26Â MeV

► He-particles induced nuclear reactions on targets of natPt were studied. ► Stacked-foil technique and gamma-spectroscopy were used. ► Comparisons with literature values and theoretical nuclear reaction codes EMPIRE-3.0, TALYS-1.4 and ALICE-IPPE were made. ► Thick target yields were derived.
