SL(2, ℝℝ) Invariance of the Kepler Type Motions and Shannon Informational Entropy. Uncertainty Relations Through the Constant Value of the Onicescu Informational Energy

It is shown that Onicescu's informational energy can be correlated by means of Shannon's maximum informational entropy variational principle with SL(2, ℝ) invariance of the Kepler type motions. For constant value of Onicescu's informational energy, the uncertainty relations are obtained.
