Antibacterial multilayer films fabricated by LBL immobilizing lysozyme and HTCC on nanofibrous mats

► The electrospun cellulose acetate fibrous mats were modified by LBL technique. ► Lysozyme, HTCC and sodium alginate were selected as deposited materials. ► Fabricate and characterize the LBL structured nanofibrous mats. ► Antibacterial activity and lysozyme activity of the composite mats were measured.
