Pregnane alkaloids from Pachysandra axillaris

▶ Nine new pregnane alkaloids were isolated from Pachysandra axillaris. ▶ All the compounds evaluated for their inhibitory activities against human tumor cell lines of HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, SK-BR-3, and PANC-1. ▶ Compounds 15 and 11 showed cytotoxicities.
