چکیده انگلیسی
⺠The Type III TGFβ Receptor is required for coronary vessel development. ⺠Null epicardial cells have decreased proliferation and invasion. ⺠Cells lose responsiveness to TGFβ, FGF-2, and Hyaluronic Acid. ⺠Invasion requires a domain in the receptor and the scaffolding protein, GIPC. ⺠Type III Receptor regulates vessel formation by a unique pathway.
