RésuméLes dermatozoonoses sont des dermatoses du chien ou du chat transmissibles à l’homme et inversement. Elles revêtent une importance réelle du fait des contacts étroits entre les propriétaires et leurs animaux de compagnie. Cet article décrit les principales dermatozoonoses canines et félines, en insistant sur les agents parasitaires, fongiques, bactériens ou viraux responsables, les signes cliniques et les moyens diagnostiques et thérapeutiques disponibles en 2008. Sera également évoquée la clinique chez l’humain. Des règles simples d’hygiène permettant d’éviter la contagion sont également proposées.
SummaryDermatozoonoses are dog or cat contagious dermatosis to the man and vice versa. They take on a real importance because of the narrow contacts between the owners and their domestic pets. This article reviews the main canine and feline dermatozoonoses, by insisting on the responsible parasitic, fungal, bacterial or viral agents, the clinical signs and the available diagnostic and therapeutic means in 2008. It also evokes the clinical signs for the man. Simple rules of hygiene are also proposed to avoid the contagion.
