Since 2007, the physiotherapists' State Diploma has been undergoing re-engineering, coming to fulfilment this year, with fundamental changes to initial formation. For students, who are at the heart of the reform, training pathways have evolved, as have the training program and their recognized student status. Also, they are now more fully integrated in student life in their institutions, getting closer to a typical university experience. Despite the length of the re-engineering process and the road that remains ahead, students are still fully involved in this positive dynamic of training reform.
