In contrast to a previous work, which had shown that IVF with an infertility duration superior to two year had a negative impact on the initiation of breast feeding, we observed in this study that the duration of infertility period had no effect on breastfeeding. We hypothesis that the complexity of ART may influence the relationship between mother and child, hence breastfeeding initiation.
