The multidisciplinary consultation of paediatric spasticity (CMD) allows a crosscollaboration approach - which involves the neurosurgeon, the orthopaedist, the specialist of physical and functional rehabilitation, as well as the rehabilitation technicians - to offer treatment of uncontrolled spasticity in children with central neurological pathologies, particularly those with cerebral palsy (PC).
