چکیده انگلیسی
When we consider the installations necessary for children with cerebral palsy, we need to take into account a number of elements, including comfort and orthopedic constraints [1]. However, it is also important to be creative in this situation and not merely be content to reproduce the surroundings we are familiar with. When confronted with a child who has sensory, motor and communication disabilities, the rehabilitation therapist can only find a solution by careful observation of the child's behaviour, the way he moves and the way he reacts. The time spent in reflexion, in providing sufficient explanations to the daily caregivers, and in guiding the child so that he can benefit fully from the new installations are all essential to the child's capacity to adapt and should in no way be considered as a waste of time. If these conditions are all respected, the child's quality of life can be dramatically improved by a new installation.
