But before undertaking preventive measures, it is important to identify the pathogenic factors and postulate their future evolution. This requires a careful evaluation of the cerebral motor function as well as cerebral orthopedic function taken as a whole and not centered on the present situation alone of the young patient but also considering the future evolution.
