L'oxymétrie nocturne : une aide pour repérer les troubles respiratoire de la personne polyhandicapée ? Analyse des cas cliniques

The respiratory situation of severe cerebral palsy people is not well known and is little explored. It's difficult to give an objective assessment of their breathing capacity. The oxymetry nocturne can be a first step to estimate their night respiratory ability, and identified cases without respiratory disabilities and cases suffering from alveolar hypoaeration whose origin remains undetermined. The clinical evaluation and information given by people living with the patient will complete investigation to decided whether further evaluation should be carried out or not.
