Approche neurochirurgicale du pied spastique parétique

This paper present the different neurosurgical approaches to the spastic and paretic foot. Triceps spasticity could be treated by peripheral neurotomies, namely the tibial neurotomy, and paretic foot droop could be treated by implantable peripheral stimulation of the ankle dorsiflexors.
