Les troubles orthopédiques secondaires de l'enfant IMCÂ : comment les prévenir et les traiter

A large number of children with cerebral palsy will develop muscle shortening and deformities during their growth which in the long term will reduce or alter their motor function. In this article, we discuss the origin of these deformities as well as the need to anticipate their development by an early preventive action on the causes and by applying available therapeutic means.
