Bilan orthoptique et rééducation avant chirurgie Lasik de la presbytie

A fifty year-old woman was referred for an orthoptic control before Presbylasik refractive surgery. The control having revealed binocular imbalance, the operation was deferred. A project of adapted care was set-up to optimise the results of surgery and to test the impact using a simulation of the post surgical situation. A further control on D + 15 will reassess and confirm the results obtained on sensorial, optomotor and functional level.
