Un nouveau cas de sclérose combiné de la moelle révélatrice d'un déficit en vitamine B12 découverte à l'occasion de la rééducation

We report a case of subacute combined degeneration of the spinal cord observed in an 87-years-old woman referred to the rehabilitation department after a total hip arthroplasty. The diagnosis was established six weeks after starting rehabilitation. The high intensity signals on the T2-weighted MRI of the spine (C2-T2) confirmed the diagnosis of combined degeneration of the spinal cord and led to reconsideration of the diagnosis of refractory anemia established four months earlier.
