چکیده انگلیسی
We found nine cases of PTSD (16%) classified as three women and six men, while 22Â patients (39,3%) had highly-scored depression (score HAM-DÂ 15 or more), and 18 (32,1%) had high anxiety (score HAM-AÂ >Â 20) during the interview. Among these patients, comorbidity was very important, especially that related to high anxiety-depression (16Â patients) and PTSD-depression (eight out of nine patients). It was noticed, in terms of exercised correlations, that the initial distress measured through the PTDI and the seriousness of the accident are strongly linked to the anxiety disease, especially the effect of the latter on the habitual function of the patient, as well as the caused losses (real or symbolic) which will then be at the origin of depressive unrest. In addition, we found that despite the reality of the psychiatric damage, it was not assessed for any patient when the survey was conducted. Moreover, despite the recognized therapeutic importance of financial compensation, the procedures that were initiated were not carried out for any patient. In fact, there were considerable delays due to administrative formalities and expensive treatments remained exclusively the responsibility of patients.
