The putting at disposition of financial means for the opening of a centre of functional rehabilitation and rehabilitation specialized is also indispensable. It would allow a coverage adapted by the functional handicap acquired to improve the later lived of the patients reached (affected) by chronic pathologies. We so bring back a study in two phases. The first one is retrospective and descriptive. It concerned 53 accepted patients.
