Eine Validierung des AOFAS-Ankle-Hindfoot-Scale für den deutschen Sprachraum

ZusammenfassungTrotz methodischer Kritikpunkte und inzwischen zahlreich verfügbaren anderen Fußscores ist der Ankle and Hindfoot Scale der American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS-AHS) weiterhin international weit verbreitet. Eine Validierung für den deutschen Sprachraum fehlt indes. Die vorliegende Studie stellt den Prozess der interkulturellen Anpassung dar und gibt darüber hinaus einen ersten Eindruck über die anschließende Agreement-Analyse.

SummaryDespite of the criticism concerning methodical weaknesses and the presence of several questionnaires for assessing foot pain, disability and functional limitations, the Ankle and Hindfoot Scale American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society (AOFAS-AHS) is still widely used in studies from all over the world. Its German translation has not yet been validated. Our study is presenting the intercultural adaption process and the first information concerning the agreement-analysis.
