Osteoidosteom am Vorderrand der Trochlea tali – ein Fallbericht

ZusammenfassungBei einem Osteoidosteom handelt es sich um eine gutartige, tumoröse Veränderung in der Kortikalis eines Knochen oder intramedullär gelegen. Im vorliegenden Fall lag der Tumor an der Vorderkante der Trochlea tali, direkt unterhalb der Kortikalis und der Gelenkfläche des oberen Sprunggelenks (OSG). Nach der Diagnostik haben wir das obere Sprunggelenk von vorne eröffnet, den Tumor ausgebohrt und anschließend den Defekt mit einem präformierten Calcium-Sulfat-Dübel von 11 mm Durchmesser wieder aufgefüllt. 6 Wochen postoperativ war die Patientin voll mobilisiert bei schmerzfreier Belastung.

SummaryAn osteoidosteoma is a benign bone tumor, typically located within the corticalis of the bone or within the intramedullary cavity. We report a case, in which the tumor was located at the front edge of the talar trochlea, directly below the corticalis and adjacent to the joint surface of the ankle joint. After the diagnostics we revised the ankle joint through an anterior approach, resected the tumor by over drilling and refilled the defect with a pre-shaped calcium-sulfate peg (11 mm diameter). 6 weeks after surgery the female patient was mobilized with full weight bearing and reported to be pain free.
