ZusammenfassungBei symptomatischer primärer und sekundärer Arthrose der Lisfrancgelenke (meist nach Fehlheilung von Lisfrancgelenkverletzungen) resultiert ein erhebliches funktionelles Defizit mit schmerzhafter Abrollstörung und Limitierung der Gehleistung. Die sekundäre Arthrose ist zumeist mit typischen multiplanaren Fußdeformitäten verknüpft. Auch Neuroosteoarthropathien manifestieren sich häufig im Bereich der Lisfrancgelenke. Das Konzept einer Korrekturarthrodese beinhaltet eine Wiederherstellung stabiler physiologischer Achs- und Längenverhältnisse der Fußsäulen. Eine standardisierte Analyse von Klinik und pathomorphologischem Korrelat und die korrespondierende Umsetzung in ein operatives Konzept unter Korrektur sämtlicher Komponenten der Fehlstellung ist die Voraussetzung für ein gutes funktionelles Resultat und eine entsprechende Patientenzufriedenheit.
