Die fußchirurgisch relevante Arterienversorgung der Ossa metatarsi

ZusammenfassungEs wird die arterielle extra- und intraossäre Gefäßversorgung der Ossa metatarsi im Bereich der Basis, des Schaftes und des Kopfes untersucht und in Bezug auf vorfußchirurgische Eingriffe ausgewertet. Die Basen werden über plantare und dorsale Arterien versorgt. Der Schaft der Ossa metatarsi wird über eine A. nutricia und über ein periostales Gefäßgeflecht versorgt. Die Hauptversorgung des Kopfes des Os metatarsi I erfolgt von plantar. Arterielle Zuflüsse zu den Ossa metatarsi II–V erfolgen von plantar und dorsal. An drei Präparaten werden insgesamt fünf vorfußchirurgische Eingriffe vorgenommen und im Anschluss die Beeinträchtigung der arteriellen Versorgung untersucht. Bei allen Präparaten werden Gefäßverletzungen festgestellt. Diese werden in Zusammenhang mit den Operationen ausgewertet.

SummaryThe objectives of this study were to investigate the intraosseous and extraosseous arterial supply of the metatarsals basis, diaphysis and head and analyze these results in relation to forefoot surgery. The bases are supplied from the plantar and dorsal sides. The arterial supply of the diaphysis is given by the nutrient artery and a periosteal network. The main supply to the head of the first metatarsal bone comes from plantar arteries.The origins of the arterial supply to the heads of the metatarsal bones II–V are plantar and dorsal arteries. Five surgical procedures were performed on three feet (2 Scarf-osteotomies, 2 Weil-osteotomies and 1 Chevronette-osteotomy). Subsequently the damage of the arterial supply was described. All feet showed injuries to extra- and intraosseous vessels.
