Das pedobarographische Korrelat der Tibialis-posterior-Dysfunktion - Versuch einer Klassifikation

Dynamic plantar pressure distribution was analyzed in 31 patients with posterior tibial tendon dysfunction in comparison to normal individuals. Forces and peak pressures were reduced in the lateral forefoot region while the loading of the medial ray was markedly enhanced (load shift). A classification of this phenomenon regarding the peak pressures only was undertaken in another group of 66 patients with posterior tibial tendon dysfunction. The load shift in the metatarsal region appears to be suited to describe the functional disorder caused by posterior tibial tendon dysfunction in human gait.
