Coma et retard de réveil en réanimation : à propos de deux cas de syndrome d'encéphalopathie postérieure réversible

We report two cases of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES) whose diagnosis is difficult in intensive care unit. These two situations remind us that the clinical presentation can vary widely and that the neurological prognosis remains good when the PRES is discussed and treated early.
