RETRACTED: Volume Replacement With a Balanced Hydroxyethyl Starch (HES) Preparation in Cardiac Surgery Patients

A recent investigation by the Landesarztkammer Rheinland-Pfalz (LAK-RLP), the State Medical Association of Rheinland-Pfalz, Germany, which serves as the IRB for clinical research at Klinikum der Stadt Ludwigshafen, where this research was conducted, has determined that the IRB approvals required for this article were not obtained.
