Attaque de requin tigre et choc hémorragique. Cas clinique

We report a case of shark attack resulting in a haemodynamic failure, in New Caledonia. We point out the lack of link between the mild arterial damage and the severity of the blood loss, which have been observed, and the importance of the fastness and accuracy in rescue on the final issue.
