Estudio prospectivo aleatorio del uso de soluciones coloides comparadas con cristaloides en la reanimación de pacientes traumatizados con choque hipovolémico

The studied variables (diastolic, systolic, medial blood pressure, pulse, heart frequency, oxygen saturation and pulse) were measured 15 minutes after the administration of the solutions. Data was processed with version 15.0 SPSS statistic program for windows, using ANOVA. The findings indicate that the Ringer's and gelatin solutions produced a more propitious physiologic response, similar and statiscally significant to patients in both groups, compared with those who were treated with the starch solution.
