CYP1A1 Ile462Val is a risk factor for ovarian cancer development

► We examine the relationship between two polymorphisms in CYP1A1 and ovarian cancer. ► Homozygous and recessive model of Ile462Val were risk factors for ovarian cancer. ► No significant associations were found between Msp1 and ovarian cancer.
