The identification of antigenic proteins: 14-3-3 protein and propionyl-CoA carboxylase in Clonorchis sinensis

► We identified antigens of the Clonorchis sinensis total lysates by immunoprotemic analysis. ► PCC and 14-3-3 were identified for the first time as serodiagnostic antigens. ► r14-3-3 showed specific reactivity against the clonorchiasis patient sera. ► We suggest that immunoproteomic approaches are valuable tools to identify antigens.
