Are placental Fas and Fas ligand gene polymorphisms associated with preeclampsia?

Immune intolerance of maternal and placental interaction plays an important role in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia. Our findings do not support the role of placental Fas and Fas ligand gene polymorphisms in the pathogenesis of preeclampsia.
