Asignaciones funcionales, correspondencias tradicionales e interrelaciones energéticas del area oronasal y las áreas contiguas faríngea y linfática

ResumenLa región de los senos paranasales, nariz, boca y nasofaringe, así como su correspondiente área linfática, posee una importancia muy significativa por su situación anatómica expuesta y su función inmunológica protectora. Para poder aplicar tratamientos adecuados, la asignación correcta de los distintos conceptos al sistema de relaciones funcionales es tan importante como la observación de sus interrelaciones energéticas. Las asignaciones de los diferentes órganos sensoriales, regiones de la mucosa, odontones, senos paranasales y regiones linfáticas poseen un valor especial.

The paranasal sinuses, the nose, mouth and nasopharynx as well as the corresponding lymphatic area are of very special importance due to their exposed topography and in regard to their immunologic protective function. For a solid therapy, the correct assignment of the different terms to the functional circuits is essential. Attention must be given to their energetic interrelations. Great value has to be set on the different allocation of sense organs, the areas of mucous membrane, odontones, sinuses and lymphatic areas. The consideration of the reference between the functional circuits and the illness and attention to the energetic relation are of eminent importance for regulatory therapy. Because of many complex connections and dependences, all diseases of the oronasal and oropharyngeal area have to be evaluated in a holistic sense according to TCM and coor- dination of interdisciplinary treatment.
