Caso de necrosis aséptica de cabeza de fémur tratado con Aurum Metallicum y otros procedimientos complementarios

A case is presented on a patient with aseptic necrosis of the left femoral head that, after 3 years of onset, presented with a significant worsening with loss of the interline and severe osteophytosis. Surgical intervention was proposed with the implanting of a total hip replacement. The intervention was refused as the patient decided to continue with the homeopathic medication, with the support of other complementary therapies (psychologist, physiotherapy and nutritionist). She progressed favourably with a slow, significant and progressive recovery that enabled the patient to return to work and did not need the proposed surgical solution.
