ResumenLa llamada ley de Hering es una de las guías más importantes en el seguimiento y pronóstico de un caso homeopático, y se supone que sus enunciados orientan acerca de lo correcto o incorrecto del camino seguido.Sin embargo, dicha ley no es propiamente tal, puesto que su autor seguramente nunca pretendió hacer tal cosa sino, como mucho, algún tipo de observación práctica, por lo que sus proposiciones muchas veces no se cumplen en la práctica o son contradictorias.Asimismo, se muestra la extrañeza de que conceptos en apariencia tan importantes y básicos se mantengan o tergiversen sin un mínimo filtro como ejemplo de un escaso rigor metodológico.
