La homeopatía como elemento clave en el tratamiento multidisciplinar del trastorno por déficit de atención con hiperactividad

ResumenAlgunos homeópatas se preguntarán por qué muchos niños que presentan un cuadro de hiperactividad no responden a los remedios que les han prescrito.Desde nuestro punto de vista, en la mayoría de los casos, se debe a un error de planteamiento que también es el causante del sobrediagnóstico que se hace de los trastornos de la atención con o sin hiperactividad.En el manual DSM-IV se define la hiperactividad como si fuera una enfermedad concreta cuando, en realidad, se trata de un síndrome, es decir un conjunto de signos y síntomas que requieren un análisis exhaustivo para llegar a un diagnóstico causal y poder prescribir el tratamiento más apropiado para cada caso.Los objetivos de este artículo son analizar y exponer las causas que, en nuestra opinión son más frecuentes y que pueden producir cuadros de hiperactividad, que requieren un tratamiento causal, y destacar la importancia que tiene la homeopatía en el tratamiento de este síndrome.

From our point of view, this lack of response is usually due to a mistaken approach, which also leads to overdiagnosis of attention deficit disorder or attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder.Hyperactivity is defined by the DSM-IV as a discrete illness, but in our opinion, is better characterized as a syndrome, meaning that it consists of a number of signs and symptoms that must be exhaustively analyzed to reach a causal diagnosis and allow the most appropriate treatment to be prescribed in each patient.This article aims to analyze the causes of hyperactivity syndrome that, in our opinion, are the most frequent and which require causal treatment and to highlight the importance of homeopathy in the treatment of this syndrome.
