Aurum polimorfo: antiguas palabras, nuevos hallazgos

ResumenÉste es un estudio de la individualidad medicamentosa. Se trata de captar las diferentes presentaciones de los síntomas según sea el miasma en actividad, para poder reconocer la enfermedad y tratarla con el medicamento más adecuado a esa agrupación sintomática. Lo mostraremos por medio de casos clínicos de aurum con diferentes miasmas activos.El objetivo es mostrar que en cada medicamento hay varias formas de presentación dependiendo del origen miasmático de los síntomas, síntomas que en la patogenesia se muestran inconexos.Pensamos que la compleja patología actual es polimiasmática, que en cada paciente individual hay un miasma en actividad y que su presentación clínica estará condicionada por él. Hemos elegido la vertiente de la clínica para mostrarlo y aurum por ser un remedio eminentemente syphilítico, intentando probar su presentación polimorfa.En el análisis de los casos encontramos varias “caras” según el miasma activo, varias presentaciones que han requerido aurum y que la evolución ha confirmado como el medicamento que puso en marcha la curación.

This is a study of the individuality of medication. It looks at the different presentations depending on the activity of the miasma in activity in order to recognise the disease and treat it with the most appropriate medication for that group of symptoms. We demonstrate it using clinical cases of aurum with different active miasmas.The objective is to show that in each medication there are several forms of presentation depending on the miasmic origin of the symptoms, symptoms that are shown to be unconnected in the pathogenesia.We believe that the actual pathology complex is multi-miasmic, that in each individual patient there is a miasma in activity and whose clinical presentation will be conditioned by it. We have chosen the clinical aspect to demonstrate it, and aurum for being an eminently syphilitic remedy, attempting to prove its polymorph presentation.In the analysis of the cases, we find several “faces” depending on the active miasma, several presentations that have required aurum and the progress has confirmed how the medication started the healing.
