ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of needling Jîngjiájî points in combination with acupressure for cervical vertigo, and provide a better therapy.MethodsSixty-five cases of patients with cervical vertigo were punctured on the points Jngjiáji and Fîngchí ( GB 20) bilaterally, from Qiángjiîn ( GV 18) to Nîohù ( GV 17), from Yùzhěn ( BL 9) to Tiānzhŭ BL 10) with penetrating methods, besides, acupressure was also used on these points. It was given once a day, and 16 times constituted one course with 2 courses altogether, and then the clinical efficacy was observed.ResultsTwenty-five cases were cured accounting to 38.5%; 18 remarkably improved accounting to 27.7%; 19 improved accounting to 29.2%; 3 ineffective accounting to 4.6%. The total effective rate was 95.4%.ConclusionNeedling Jngjiáj points in combination with acupressure can alleviate the clinical symptoms of cervical vertigo and is worthy of being promoted.
