Transfection of antisense p38α gene ameliorates myocardial cell injury mediated by hypoxia and burn serum

Results demonstrated that transfection of antisense p38α gene diminishes myocardial cell injury mediated by hypoxia and burn serum, suggesting a new target for the prevention and treatment of myocardial damage after burn.
