Chronic Paracoccidioidomycosis in Japan

We describe the case of a 36-year-old Argentinean man who developed chronic paracoccidioidomycosis, with oral and cutaneous lesions, 13 years after last living in South America. The patient had lived in Argentina until 1991 before relocating to Japan.
