Ameloblastic Carcinoma of the Jaws

This report is of a 49-year-old man with a history of repeated surgery for ameloblastoma over a 20-year period, the features of which were apparent at the first recurrence 14 years after the initial surgery. The literature of this uncommon entity is reviewed.
