Perforating Internal Root Resorption Repaired with Mineral Trioxide Aggregate Caused Complete Resolution of Odontogenic Sinus Mucositis: A Case Report

Based on the results of this case, successful repair of an extensive, perforating internal resorption with mineral trioxide aggregate may lead to complete resolution of apical periodontitis and maxillary sinus retention cyst.
