Morphometric Analysis of the Inferior Alveolar Nerve Fails to Demonstrate Sexual Dimorphism

We assumed that the sex difference in the incidence of IAN damage was not affected by the morphometric findings. Our findings might partly explain why there is no significant sex difference in the incidence of IAN damage.
