Characterization of Mandibular Fractures Incurred From Battle Injuries in Iraq and Afghanistan From 2001-2010

Mandibular fractures as a result of combat blast injuries were characterized by a high incidence of open, comminuted, multiple fractures. Associated facial fractures were common.
