The relationship between pancreatic atrophy after steroid therapy and diabetes mellitus in patients with autoimmune pancreatitis

AIP patients with pancreatic atrophy after steroid therapy have a high incidence of diabetes mellitus. New onset of diabetes is closely associated with pancreatic atrophy after steroid therapy.
