Use of intravenous secretin during extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy to facilitate endoscopic clearance of pancreatic duct stones

Secretin during ESWL appears to aid clearance of MPDS in chronic calcific pancreatitis. Further prospective randomized studies would be of interest.
