Protocolo diagnóstico de la colestasis

The list of causes of intrahepatic cholestasis is extensive, however the performance of several laboratory tests (serology hepatotropic virus, anti-mitochondrial antibodies), a detailed history (consumption of hepatotoxic or full parenteral nutrition, family history of cholestasis, pregnancy) and if necessary cholangiography (PEC intrahepatic) will lead us to a diagnosis in most cases.
