Intracytoplasmic sperm injection and pregnancy with decapitated sperm

One couple successfully underwent ICSI with “detached tail” sperm and gave birth to a healthy baby, suggesting that this structural abnormality may be bypassed by injecting sperm with a normal centriolar region.
