Kinetics of polymorphonuclear leukocytes in an experimental hypopyon model

►To investigate the process of clearance of intraocular inflammatory cells, we used an experimental hypopyon model. PMNs injected into the anterior chamber were cleared from the eye mainly through the iris stroma and vessels, as well as the episcleral and subconjunctival tissues around limbus.
