Pollicisation du doigt le plus radial dans le cadre des pentadactylies : à propos de trois cas

RésuméL’objectif du traitement dans la pentadactylie est de créer un premier rayon opposable à deux phalanges avec une première commissure d’aspect normal. Nous rapportons trois cas de pollicisations du doigt le plus radial effectuées chez deux patients dont l’évaluation a été effectuée par le score de Percival. Le traitement de référence actuellement dans la pentadactylie est la pollicisation du doigt le plus radial. Elle présente comme particularité technique par rapport aux pollicisations dans les hypoplasies du pouce l’adaptation à un squelette osseux plus court et l’utilisation des moteurs extrinsèques ou intrinsèques présents sur le bord radial de la main.

The treatment objective in the five-finger hand is to create an opposable thumb with two phalanges and a first web space having a normal appearance. We report three cases of pollicization of the most radial finger in two patients evaluated by the Percival Score. Currently, the treatment of reference of five-finger hand is the pollicization of the most radial finger. We present a particular technical enhancement, which is the adaptation to a shorter osseous skeleton and the utilization of extrinsic or intrinsic motors present in the radial side of the hand.
