Transient migratory osteoporosis of the foot

We report a case of transient osteoporosis of the foot with a clear migratory pattern of bone marrow oedema from the talus to navicular bone in the ipsilateral foot with evidence of complete clinical and radiographic resolution at 1 year with conservative measures.
