Early Morphological Changes Leading to Central Polydactyly, Syndactyly, and Central Deficiencies: An Experimental Study in Rats

These findings show that central polydactyly, syndactyly, and central deficiencies have the same early morphological changes: abnormal clefts in the central part of the footplate.
